Dr. Marko Jäntti

Dr. Marko Jäntti (Head of Research) received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from University of Kuopio, Finland in 2008. Currently, Dr. Jäntti is working for the IT Service Management research group of the University of Eastern Finland. He manages the IT Service Management research project KISMET (Keys to IT Service Management and Effective Transition of Services). Jäntti's research interests cover improvement of IT service management processes and methods, especially, IT service desk, incident and problem management. He has ITSM consulting experience with over 15 IT service provider organizations in Finland.
